People in Rutland who live in housing association properties are being asked for their views
on the service they receive, particularly the quality and speed of repairs and maintenance. Rutland County Council has launched a survey on its website with the Housing Association Evidence Panel @rutlands.gov.uk/housing survey after some tenants told councillors they found it hard to contact their housing association about repairs to their property. The survey, which takes around 10 minutes to complete, hopes to give the council a better understanding of how satisfied tenants are with the service they receive. It is open till the end of February and available in other formats by contacting Rutland County Council.
