It’s taken four years so far, but Stamford’s Neighbourhood Plan could soon be over the finishing line. A public consultation started on Monday 8 March and runs for six weeks after South Kesteven District Council approved the Plan.
The Plan looks at development across the town over the next 20 years, including where new building can take place and protection of green spaces. SKDC has said the Plan is legally compliant. For details go to: https://stamfordfirst.org.uk/
