Train travellers and shoppers from Rutland and Stamford are being asked for their views as Peterborough City Council consults on re-generating the station quarter.
Proposals as part of the £47.8 million project include creating a new double sided station with the new western entrance, refresh buildings on the eastern side of the station, as well as providing better connectivity to the city centre. City council is working with the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority, LNER and Network Rail on the project. Consultations open on the Peterborough City Council’s website until the 27th September.
