A fun, interactive monthly group session led by Christina from Leicester Musical Memory Box. This group is for anyone who feels they may benefit including those affected by memory issues and/ or dementia along with their loved ones and/ or carers. There is an initial time for chat and refreshments followed by gentle seated and vocal warm up exercises, then songs and music from different eras and genres. Music helps evoke memories, lift the mood, stimulate conversation and so much more!
