Our Shed welcomes older men and women who would like to use and share practical skills, tools and resources to work on projects of their own choosing.

The ‘Shed’ is a fully equipped Woodworking facility located at Oakham Enterprise Park, Ashwell and is available to the over 50’s who would like to learn, use, and share practical skills, tools and projects.
Community projects have included planters for Oakham Fire Station Community Garden with Peppers Mental Health Charity, bespoke benches & picnic tables. During the winter months the focus is on Christmas Trees made from repurposed wood & all things festive.

Monday & Wednesdays is for ''Men in Sheds'' only - 9.30 - 12.30pm and 12.30 - 3.30pm
Tuesdays is for both ''Men & Women in Sheds'' – 9.30 - 12.30pm and 12.30 - 3.30pm
Thursdays is for ‘'Women in Sheds’' only - 9.30 - 12.30pm and 12.30 - 3.30pm
