Changing Connections will be in Greetham supporting people with their mental and physical health by giving out free coffees and conversations

Changing Connections aim is to help people struggling with their mental and physical health by connecting them with people, groups and services in their local area.
We will be at Greetham Community Center giving our free coffee and if anybody would like some support, no matter how big or small, we will be there from 1-3pm.
Come along for a chat, coffee or just to learn about what we are doing
